Technical-Commercial Project Manager

ABOUT TECHNOGAS N.V.

Technogas N.V., based in Mortsel, has been providing turnkey solutions for industrial customers and gas distribution companies since 1968. We specialise in turnkey installations, including pressure-regulating and metering stations and systems for natural gas, nitrogen and other industrial gases. We are also a key trading partner for equipment in the gas sector and hydrogen refuelling stations.

To strengthen our team and expand our activities, we are looking for a Technical-Commercial Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

After comprehensive in-house training, you will be responsible for managing projects from the quotation stage through to delivery and final handover of the installation. Specifically, this includes:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers: assessing their requirements from start to finish and guiding them throughout the entire process until handover.
• Managing industrial projects: overseeing the design, maintaining communication with customers and relevant authorities, and monitoring schedules and quality.
• Taking overall responsibility for design, procurement, engineering and delivery.
• Playing a key role in cooperation between the different departments within Technogas.
• Having the opportunity to progress into a management position over time.
• Managing your own projects in cooperation with the customer’s project managers and coordinating the field service team when required.
• Working closely with and supporting the internal project managers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have relevant professional experience; a degree in electromechanics is an advantage.
• You are proficient in Dutch, French and English.
• You have strong commercial awareness, can work well under pressure, take initiative and accept responsibility.
• You work well as part of a team but are also capable of working independently.
• You have a strong work ethic and take pride in your work and technical expertise.
• You will be based at our head office in Mortsel (Antwerp).

Field Service Technician

Technogas N.V., based in Mortsel, has been active since 1968 in the design, construction, installation and maintenance of pressure-regulating and metering stations and installations for natural gas, nitrogen and other industrial gases. We are also an important trading partner for equipment in the gas sector. In addition, we are active in the field of hydrogen refuelling stations, helping to shape tomorrow’s energy transition.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Service Technician (m/f) with genuine opportunities for career advancement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a field service technician to work at industrial customer sites and distribution network operators throughout Belgium. Following in-house training, there will be opportunities for further career development within the company.

TECHNICAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing service work at customer sites.
• Installing, assembling and overhauling equipment and installations.
• Carrying out scheduled maintenance on installations.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in industrial installations.
• Performing quality inspections on installations in our workshop.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers.
• Providing technical follow-up on faults and repairs.
• Performing technical tasks independently after training.
• Modifying, maintaining and overhauling installations.
• Performing technical and quality inspections of incoming goods, including certificate checks.
• After training, monitoring new-build projects and assisting with commissioning.
• Reporting to the project manager.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience and technical knowledge of mechanical assembly (piping) and pressure-regulating and measuring equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, construction and maintenance.
• Good command of Dutch; French and English are an advantage.
• Computer skills, accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A flexible approach to work.
• Team spirit and a hands-on attitude.
• Ambition to develop professionally and work independently.
• A strong work ethic, pride in your work and a passion for engineering.
